John Pizzi is a construction professional with more than 35 years of experience across commercial, retail, and residential projects. His expertise spans general contracting, architectural planning, project management, procurement, budgeting, estimating, and value engineering. Known for his commitment to transparency, John prioritizes clear scopes of work, detailed budgets, thoughtful problem-solving, and strong team leadership throughout every phase of construction. He brings extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and overall building practices, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Fully licensed, bonded and insured in the state of New Jersey, John is also a proud 14-year military veteran whose experience ranges from supermarkets and auto dealerships to tenant fit-outs and custom home builds.
