In our home, whether a cozy 800 sq. ft. apartment or a sprawling 8,000 sq. ft. estate, the story of your life is captured within those four walls. Coming home each day reflects our past, present, and future. It embodies our hopes and dreams, our laughter and tears.

FULL SERVICE

Our full service option is priced per square foot for both interior and exteriors. Full service may include: 3D renderings, material flat lays, furniture recommendations, shopping trips, on-site supervision, project management, tradespeople sourcing and management, product ordering, inventory, installation, and styling.

Cherry Picks

BY THE HOUR

Whether you need a design sounding board, furniture selections, floor plans or color consultation, we can work with you based on your project scope. Cherry Picks is structured on our hourly rate with a minimum of 10 hours.

We are passionate about furniture! Especially iconic, bespoke, antique and vintage. Through our furniture division, Wild Cherry Furniture, we restore, transform or create the furniture of your dreams. Whether its transforming Uncle Henry's armoire into a wine bar, a custom built-in or dining table to spec, we are a full service design, build, restore and installation team. How we work together

Our Design Process

We work side-by-side with you on your project from Start to Finish We help define your style, select the color story for your home, and choose hundreds of furniture, finishes and decor items. We work directly with the GC and/or tradespeople to organize all aspects of your renovation/build, from the studs to styling. We know you’re busy living life, so we curate and manage all design elements to make your experience turn-key and seamless.

FREE CONSULTATION

One hour FREE Design Consult to review project scope. Measurements and scans will be taken during this process. CHD will provide pricing for design services and recommendation on budget for furnishings.

CONCEPT

CHD team identifies client design style and vision including inspiration boards, color story and some conceptual design ideas.

PRESENT

Based on feedback from the conceptual presentation, and scope of work, CHD develops floor plans, renderings (based on contract) and mood boards for the designated rooms we’ve been hired to design with material recommendations. Following the rendering feedback, CHD team will finalize all material selection options, floor plans, mood boards, color story, furniture selections.

CONTRACT

Once selected, CHD will initiate an invoice through our CRM platform Houzz for 60% of agreed upon design fee and will send our standard design contract.

CHOOSE

Through our Houzz client portal, client will finalize their approval on selections for each aspect of the design. Proposals will be shared with the client. Following approvals, client remits payment for purchases of products.

PURCHASE

CHD proceeds with purchasing all approved products. Client will be provided with detailed inventory sheet with tracking and delivery dates. Depending if products are being delivered to fulfillment house or client’s home, CHD will inspect for damage to ensure each product is ready for installation.

INSTALL

CHD will oversee all aspects of installation from major furniture assembly to styling of the space. An estimate of timing will be provided to client in advance. CHD will then complete the styling of each room with all the finishing touches.

CAPTURE

With client’s permission, CHD will professionally photograph and video the final result. And include a family photo as our gift to you!

Pricing is variable and depends on project scope. Cherry Home Designs LLC provide estimates for each project and will work with clients to meet their needs.
